Excellent, super clean copy. Sleeve just has minor storage wear, not far off NM either. 7" looks unplayed, and at least NM/NM

Song lyrics are printed on the backsleeve.
Sticker on cover notes inclusion of a free 7" - they were simply previously released and existing stand alone releases that Chris had lying around - there were three of four different ones included.
