Pressed on translucent yellow w/ purple & grey splatter, limited to 1000 copies.
Housed in gatefold sleeve, with record in black paper sleeve and a printed insert.
Note that record sleeve artwork has the default artwork which includes a printed catalog number of SOAKLP215 and UPC 7385722294076. Release was shrink wrapped with a purple sticker in the same design covering this information which included the correct Serial and UPC for this release.
